In the Greenlief laboratory, experimental work is being conducted in the area of mass spectrometry. We develop new mass spectrometry-based methods to determine the bioactive components from dietary botanical supplements. We are also interested in biological systems at the protein level, as well as, quantitatively measuring directed metabolites in a variety of matrices.
