As Bond LSC human resource partner, my primary responsibilities are to:
- bridge the gap between recruitment efforts and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
- serve as the point of contact for our employees’ well-being.
- monitor employee engagement and provide conflict resolution when needed.
- counsel both leaders and employees on job performance, compliance, and university policies, making recommendations for corrective actions and alternative courses of action where necessary.
